Website Design for Lawyers

We build websites for Elder Law & Estate Planning Attorneys that want to stand out and get more paying clients.

What is the #1 goal of your website?

With humans now having a shorter attention span than a goldfish, your website needs to hook people in fast. You get one chance to make a first impression.

How do you do that?

Your website should have one goal: Communicate how you can help your potential client solve his or her problem.

In other words, make your potential client the hero of your website, rather than you as the attorney. This goes hand in hand with the Grunt Test.

At Bambiz, we understand these concepts and want to work with law firms who share our vision.

Our websites are a great fit for Elder Law or Estate Planning practices who:

Our websites are clean, simple, structurally sound, SEO friendly, and belong to you forever. Schedule a free 15-minute call with us to learn more.

Here's what's included:

A Great Looking Law Firm Website

We build you a great looking, fast, optimized WordPress website for your law firm designed using our Bambiz website blueprint.

Your Website Belongs to You

We don’t hold you hostage. You have ownership of your new website, whether you keep it with us or choose to take it elsewhere.

Call to Action (CTA)

Strategically-placed calls to action (CTAs) encourage prospects to take a “next step” and schedule a consultation, attend a workshop or webinar, or contact your firm.

Instant Lead Notification

Receive an instant notification when someone provides their contact information on your website. It also goes onto a spreadsheet your firm can access 24/7.

Our 4 step website design process

These are the steps we take to build a website for your law practice.

Step 1: Questionnaire

We will send you a website design questionnaire that takes about 20 minutes to complete.

We will ask things like:

Answering those questions will help us develop a client-focused website that meets your goals.

We always make sure your website accurately reflects your law firm’s unique personality and style.

Step 2: Create

Using your website design questionnaire and any existing content you wish to keep, we start to create your website.

We map out the website’s general structure:

If you already have a website, we review your existing website’s structure and keep the same links or set up redirects, so it doesn’t hurt your SEO ranking.

You should keep the same URL structure from your previous website. For example: should not be on the new website, as Google will have to search harder to find your blog and will penalize your ranking.

Step 3: Review

Your new website is almost ready!

It will take us 1-3 months to build your website, depending on the complexity. We will give you a timeline before starting the project.

In step 3, we will send you a first draft of your website to review.

Our brains process images about 60,000 times faster than text. Your website images should communicate the transformation someone can experience when doing business with your law firm.

Step 4: Launch

It’s launch day! Our favorite!

We will incorporate any changes from step 3 into your final website.

The website transition typically takes about 2 hours. During that time, this is what we will be doing:

We love launch day! But keep in mind, your website isn’t a “one and done.” Just like technology is always changing, your website should continuously grow with improvements, enhancements, and updates.

As part of our Marketing Pro service, your website will always be up to date. We will post blogs, make SEO optimizations, add FAQs, incorporate video content, interactive calculators, and much more.

Make sure you’re following up with all of the new leads that come in through your website! As part of our Marketing Pro service, we handle it for you. We send out 2 months of relationship-building emails and an ongoing weekly email newsletter to all new potential clients.

Elder Law & Estate Planning Website Questions

Does it matter what my law firm's website looks like, as long as I have one?

Yes! Your website isn’t just something you can throw together to say you “yay, I did it!” It also isn’t simply a version of your business card in digital form.

Your website should be a sales machine.

It is a place you can educate and sell your potential clients a product that solves their problem and makes their lives better.

Sadly, we have seen a lot of bad websites that make these mistakes:

When you work with Bambiz, we are laser focused on potential clients to understanding how you can help them, and getting them to take action.

Should I highlight my education, accomplishments, and membership organizations on my law firm's website?

That should not be the main focus of your website

Think about the last time you went to a doctor’s office. Did you ask the doctor where he or she went to school? Or if he or she graduated with honors? Did you research to see if that doctor was a member of medical associations? Probably not.

Don’t waste time with information that your clients don’t care about.

This is what your potential client is trying to figure out as they browse your website: Whats in it for me?

Your potential client found your website because they have a problem that is frustrating them in some way. Maybe they have a parent facing a $15,000/month nursing home stay and they are stressing out figuring out how to pay for it.

Your website should identify their frustration, put it into words, and offer to resolve it.

If you really feel passionate about including your professional accomplishments, those can easily be incorporated into your “about” or individual bio page.
