What’s the best way of getting somebody to leave you review? Most people think it’s email, but it’s not.
Hey everyone. I’m Amie and today I’m going to tell you the best method to get someone to leave you review, if you’re an Estate Planning or an Elder Law Attorney.
So let’s just jump right on into it. What is the best way to get reviews? The email [open] rate is not looking too good. It’s only 20 percent.
Well look at that. Ninety eight percent of text messages get opened. Ninety percent get looked at. Those are high numbers! A lot of people prefer text message. Texting is easier, texting is more direct, and you can catch them at the right time.
Think about it this way: you have a potential client who’s just leaving your office. They’re very happy with the consultation that they just had with you. You know that they’re happy. They’re walking out of your office and they’re headed towards their car.
This is where perfect timing comes in. This is where you can send them a text message while you are still hot on their mind and ask them for a review. Perfect timing and chances are their phone will buzz and they’ll see it. They will see that you are asking for review.
Now what to say is a whole other story. There is a formula and it does work. If you want access to this full session and all the other sessions that we educate our coaching clients, click here to learn more.
